  Excellent service and great prices. Scott McCarthy made the furniture purchasing seamless and stress free. We actually returned to get a recliner, and increase the size of our sectional as well. Our family and our friends will not go anywhere other than Pilgrim from here on out. Thanks for everything!

  We had a great experience with Pilgrim, until about 7 months after purchase our couches broke. We got very discouraged and annoyed when trying to deal with the third party warranty company. Also, the service department was not returning my calls. Luckily Pilgrim offers a 1 year warranty. I reached out via Contact Us online, and within 12 hours Scott McCarthy replied and was extremely helpful. He did everything he could to ensure we had a positive experience, including offering us credit, alternative couches, and other solutions. He was able to resolve our problem and kept me as a customer. If it were not for Scott, this would have been a 1 star review

  My wife and I took both kids (6 and 3) to look for a sectional. Phillip was a great help. No pressure and showed us everything that might interest us. The kids even enjoyed themselves, lolipops everywhere.

  It was a pleasure working with Scott- - the store manager. He was knew precisely what I was looking for based on my explanation. He knows where the merchandise is located throughout the entire store. He did not try to sell me something out of my price range. He was not pushy and allowed me time to decide on fabrics for the couch. I highly recommend shopping at this location and especially seeking out Scott for assistance.

  Great customer service! Scott was the perfect salesman and store manager. not typical furniture store experience, not pushy, did not follow me around but was available when I was ready for information. No haggling on price, I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it happen the first time. Highly recommend and love the dining set that I purchased!
