  My phone died during work, I didn’t end my shift till 7pm and I rushed over to Verizon over in McDowell and Jr was extremely patient with me and helped me out to figure out how I can have a phone before I could go to work the next day. He knew his store didn’t carry iPhones so he quickly called the Scottsdale store and luckily they had one left. Anjelica was nice enough to wait for me to drive over and stay after her shift was over to help set up my new phone. I cannot thank these two enough for their courtesy and hard work ethic. Life savers. Thank you to these two so much for their patience and understanding.

  I want to give Andres Ponce the highest of compliments for the endless time he spent working on my phone today. He never faultered, but kept trying different approaches. All the time he helped other customers and kept up a positive conversation. The best!!!

  All the staff here is unbelievably helpful and patient. I’ve been here for a while now and I’ve heard them deal with one crazy request/question after another and they never make ppl feel stupid and have gone over and above in helping! Thanks Alex, and you all deserve awards!

  Tracy was so so helpful! I had an old Samsung and she updated me to the new S9. She made the process do easy and helped me with my account! She's the sweetest young lady I've ever worked with in a Verizon store! Thank you.

  Angelica helped my 97 year old mother adjust her hearing aid app. Her knowledge of the Verizon products and willingness to reach out to get help was extraordinary. She is polite and friendly making our visit pleasant. We then talked about upgrading Mom’s phone and will definitely go to her when we are ready to purchase. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Thank you.
