Villas De Toscana Apartments

My wife and I had been apartment shopping for a few days. We went to do a property visit and was promptly greeted by Matthew. He got our basic information of what we needed and showed us some floor plans. Then he proceeded to give us a tour. We saw a 2/2 and liked it instantly, so much so we stopped our searching. It was a mix of the great customer service, which is hard to find these days, the actual property itself, and pricing. Matthew went above and beyond in assisting us while there and even through e-mail. We, unfortunately, will not be able to move in until next year due to work taking me away again.

The only reason for the 4 stars is we don't actually live there as of yet so we can't say of what the actual property is like from experience. But when I come back home, we will be looking into them for sure. Hopefully we can get as good a deal as we did this week. :)

These apartments have come a long way in just a short time. Since management has changed the property has changed for the better. I enjoy the stuff they are very welcoming and always will/wanting to help to make the experience better.
