  The room service was perfect for a 5+ star Hotel , the rooms were set up with all you needs for a comfortable stay. Awesome place.... restaurant food was Great????

  Excellent customer service. I am staying here for 10 days for biz. On the first day, a different breakfast was given. The hotel was so apologetic and unilaterally offered a complimentary dinner to make up. They are really concerned about customer satisfaction. Not many hotels will unilaterally do that. Service staff is courteous, service is prompt. I am now into my third day and am enjoying the hotel thoroughly. Plus, their rates are really affordable and their location is so convenient, just by the freeway. Thank you, Wyndham Garden San Jose Silicon Valley. Keep up the great work. I love you.   Wyndham Garden San Jose is regular hotel. You will not find anything charming about the place, but the hotel. The staff is very friendly. There two parking spaces, the one in the front of the hotel is always packed, however the rear parking lot is always free and you can access the hotel from the parking lot as well, but the rear parking lot has a feel of industrial area parking. The hallways are kept clean, but for some reason you get a feeling of the hallways being
  slightly outdated and therefore you will not get that crisp feeling... The rooms are spacious and equipped with powerful AC units. The working space is awkward, and suffers from missing outlets that could securely plug in Apple laptop charger. The mattresses are ok. Overall it is a decent hotel to spend a few nights with more positives than negatives. Probably would book the place again - but it wouldn’t be the first choice.

  Nice quiet location. Not enough parking. Clean and good sized rooms but service was a little lacking. After entering our room, we noticed only 1 each wash cloth, hand towel and bath towel as well as only 1 of each toiletry item . Maid was just outside cleaning the room next door. I stepped out and asked if we could have one more of everything because there were two of us. Was informed that we had to ask the front desk. Went to the front desk and the clerk wrote it down and said they would bring them to our room - 20 minutes later we were still waiting. Went to desk again to request an extra blanket and remind them about our earlier request for towels and toiletries. Again told us they would bring the in 10 minutes. Blanket was brought but no towels or toiletries. By that time we were hungry and decided to go out and ask one more time explaining we had been waiting over half an hour. The clerk immediately sent another clerk to bring 2 of everything.
