  Frank is great. He will get you the best lenses possible and his service is phenomenal. He knows what hes doing and cuts the lenses perfectly. I live in the Upper West Side and travel all the way to Pelham because I know I will receive great service. Also when i first went to his store there and got lost, his wife helped me get to his store and he picked me up. I suggest going to his store if you don't want great service.

  I first met Frank when he was an optician at another store in New Rochelle and I just knew he would be my go to guy forever. That was until I went back one day and he was gone. I was only told that he had left to open his own store in Manhattan. Thankfully, after much online searching, I found him at Successful Vision. I walked in and after him not seeing me for over a year, he remembered me by name. Frank is the most personable, caring, knowledgeable person you will find in an optician. He stands by his work(he redid my glasses at no charge) and works with you when it comes to pricing. This is why he had so many people follow him from NR to NYC and I'm ecstatic that he's come back to Westchester, closer to home for me. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks Frank.

  He gets a "5". However trite to say, Frank at Successful vision is well deserving of this rating, and if they offered a "6" I would enthusiastically select it !
  I was not planning on getting new glasses when I visited Pelham last month, but I was fortunate enough to bump-into Frank at the hardware store across the street, noticing Frank's cool glasses he was wearing. I stopped-in at his store, met the entire staff, and Frank selected some frames he thought would fit me. He then explained (quickly) how his lenses would benefit me over my current "internet-purchased" frames and lenses. It was a good story, and I signed-up! What a smart move! My new glasses fit me PERFECTLY (mainly due to Frank's custom fine-tuning of the frames), and my field-of vision is greatly improved over any glasses I have worn in the past. I wear progressives, and the functionality of my new pair can't be over stated.
  Such a simple luxury to be able to see clearly and consistently, thus, I take a moment to write and recommend a visit to Successful Vision. Just go there!

  Frank and team are excellent. The optometrists worked with both my daughter and me to help each of us find the right Rx for a first set of glasses. Frank's excellent care in helping my daughter find exactly the right pair even though we were the last appointment on a Friday late in the summer showed his real passion for his customers. Frank makes you remember the importance of going to the local store - you feel you are part of his extended family and friends from the moment you get into the store. Successful Vision has a great location; I have and will highly recommend the shop to anyone looking to get a new look or a first pair of glasses.

  Frank spent a lot of extra time with me to make sure I walked out with the right Rx. This included multiple fittings and even multiple eye exams with the optometrist. Very, very grateful for this level of service and professionalism. Also, nice venue and terrific location.
