  State Farm has been my insurance carrier for over 30 years, but it wasn't until I moved to Jody Huss' office that I was made to feel like I really mattered. You don't always have a need to contact your insurance agent's office on a daily basis, so you might not even consider the importance of having someone who is dedicated to doing all they can to make even the most mundane experience, a positive one. However, you can't even imagine how important it is, to have someone there who works quickly to resolve any issues, to explain the process, and to fix all of the problems you have; AND, with a smile! Jody has even answered his own phone, and is happy to help! My undying gratitude goes out especially to Romina - the sweetest, kindest, most patient woman ever! I don't know what I would do without her! Not only does she do everything possible and necessary to find a resolution to your issue, but she treats you like family. If you are looking for an agent, this is where you want to be!

  Within 1 week of moving to New Jersey from Virginia, I was rear ended and my car was totaled. State Farm took care of everything. Within a short time, I received a check for the value of my car which allowed me to purchase a new one. In order for my claim to be processed quickly, they required I pay the deductible but that was refunded to me once the claim was settled with the other insurance company. Recently, I needed a Certificate of Liability for a party at a recreation center. Not only was I able to obtain it for very little money, but Romina Palazzolo worked very hard to rush the request because I needed it in a short timeframe. She was proactive in letting me know exactly where we were in the process.
