  I’ve been here for 5 months now. All the staff are helpful & friendly. Miranda is a gem.
  The maintenance team work hard at keeping Gateway clean & enjoyable to live in. The grounds, clubhouse & pool are are well maintained
  All my neighbors are nice without being nosey..
  They have community events which are nice. My apartment is very comfortable.
  My only complaint would be pet owners who don’t pick up their pet’s poop which is really inexcusable because there are poop bag & garbage receptacles readily available throughout the complex.
  But it’s not too bad a problem b/c every Tuesday maintenance picks up the poop they left behind and most of us are responsible pet owners & clean up after our pets.
  Overall, it’s a great place to live & the location is convenient as well.

  We moved there after selling our house for one year before purchasing another house. There are many "Pros" and a few "Cons".
  Pros: Apartments are advertised as luxury and in most cases they are. If you rent a garage, it is very convenient to get to your apartment. We liked having a balcony. Pools an clubhouse is very nice to use.
  Cons: Oven was not self-cleaning. Visitors were limited to two per adult resident. Parking is very limited. Also, buyer beware, after moving out we had professionals clean the apartment and carpets and they still tried to charge us for this. They relented after seeing a copy of the bills and letting them know we had photos and videos of the apartment.

  I would like to thank all the staff for a wonderful job @ the gateway! I been here for 2 month and I can say Miranda and Jenny have been very helpful and professional on all of my needs. I did get to visit the Community pizza party It was a great success! Keep up the great work.
