My experiences have been very positive.
Staff that is considerate and accommodating to patients needs.
Physicians and nurses that are caring and compassionate. Understanding of planned vacations and life events. Also understanding that situations and events that lead patients to seek care are complex and ever evolving.
Excellent, patient centered care with dignity and respect.

I've been with vitality for about 5 years now. Albany, Clifton Park and New Windsor. The staff have always been very friendly and the doctors have never given up on me. Highly recommend.
