Mobile Lawnmower, Small Engine and Generator Repair Service

I have two commercial walk behind mowers by the same manufacturer. They both needed similar repairs at the same time. I was in desperate need of at least one ASAP. I sent one back to the dealer and the other I called My Mobile Mechanic's. Justin from Mobile Mechanic's repaired one mower in just a few days. The big brand dealer kept the other mower for 2 weeks. What more can I say.

So far very happy. The mechanic was very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. He also explained how the whole engine worked.
I appreciate that.
He still needs to come back with parts and repairs.
Hoping it doesn’t cost too much!

Estimate took about a week.
Took a while for parts to come in.
Justin was great he got everything fixed up nice.
There are a couple things I’m not happy with. When I looked at the job description it says all the way at the bottom “blades qty 1 0.00”
I did mention to Justin that I wanted new blades also so I thought the cost of the blades was worked into the estimate because why else would it say blades to begin with.
Also I was charged 3 hours labor. Which I thought it would really take 3 hrs especially if he was putting on new blades too. Now this is $95 hr labor. It only took him an hour and half. I really should have only been charged for 2 hours.

Generator wouldn’t start , Justin came out promptly on the time scheduled . Quickly serviced dirty carburetor , had it running in under an hour. Friendly & knowledgable.
Would Highly recommend these guys ! Why struggle to take your lawnmowers and generators into a shop to sit for days.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received from John and the repair work by Justin. My motorcycle was sitting for one year needed repairs beyond my abilities and (on a Sunday!) within 1 HOUR Justin had diagnosed and fixed the bike very affordably. It is very convenient that they come out to you, are very professional, and have a great personalities as well. Made the whole process a pleasure.
