Dr. Milani performed a very successful microdiscectomy on me about 5 years ago. At that time I would have given him 5 stars. About a year ago I visited his office about pain from a new herniated disc. During my exam Dr. Milani expressed that my symptoms were not typical. After my exam his nurse flat out asked me if I was there just to get pain meds. I understand their dilemma with the opioid crisis but I went to them in pain and didn't appreciate the insult on injury. I found a great pain management doctor and with only an injection this time found relief!

Dr milani did an anterior fusion in 1986 without it I would be paralyzed. He was a terrific surgeon. I would love to visit w him and have a follow up on my surgery

I went to Dr. Milani back in 2003 -2006. He did two of my back Surgeries and did a great job. I really need him again but on another disc in my back. I would recomend him.
