  Let me start by saying I don't normally do reviews, but in this case I had to. This has been the most amazing experience in any purchase I've ever made. Not only did Joyce take care of me from start to finish with the purchase of my boat, but a few years later when it was time for me to sell my boat because of relocating, she was right on cue. I really wasn't surprised because throughout my time owning the boat no matter how small or how big of a need she always had the right answer and helped me figure things out. Whether it was ordering a part or routine maintenance or just knowing how to get around the lake her service never stopped. So as I write this review I must say if you was considering purchasing a boat and it's important to you to have the best customer service from start to finish, I highly recommend purchasing a boat from Rinkers Boat World at Lakeshore.

  Lakeshore Sports is fantastic. I have been a customer of theirs since the mid-90s when I purchased my first Cobalt. Their team matches the exceptional high quality of the Cobalt boats they sell. Joyce was extremely patient with me when I left the Cobalt family and traded for a MasterCraft. After 9 years, she was ready to find me the perfect Cobalt and she did. She stayed in touch all those years and was never pushy. My recent purchasing experience was enjoyable. Lakeshore was fair on the price and trade-in value and couldn’t have been more accommodating through the process. I highly recommend dealing with Joyce at Lakeshore Sports; and definitely can say that Cobalt makes the best boats!!
