  I have been working out at the Exercise Coach for over 3 years now and I hate to work out! It is a miracle that I have finally found an exercise program that WORKS, keeps me engaged, and does not take too much time. Everyone at The Exercise Coach is extremely professional and great to work with. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach!

  Such a great place to get fit and stay fit. I’ve been a member for three years and have no plans to stop. All the trainers are fantastic! I’ve trained with all of them and would recommend any of them. They give you the first 3 sessions for free so you really know what your getting for your money. Try it you’ll like it!!!

  EC is a great alternative to a traditional gym. It's a very effective and quick workout - only 20 minutes!!!! So interesting how the equipment works with your body. I've gone there while on vacation and was extremely pleased. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Don't let the 20 minutes fool you - it's a great work out.

  As a health and fitness professions I've never seen anything like this place. They use the most cutting edge technology to achieve a workout experience of another caliber. I spent 8 years in the Marines, I have competed professionally in MMA, I've traveled to lots of places around the world and this place is a must for anyone serious about maximizing their efforts!
