I love this office. This is my third baby and I switched from another office in the valley . All of the staff I have encountered has been polite, helpful, and friendly. Crystal, Dr Heard MA is always so helpful and quick to respond whenever I have a question. dr heard is going above and beyond what I expected as I am high risk. Best decision was switching to Glendale Obgyn.
I have to say I absolutely love this gynecologist office. I have Dr. Heard, she and her team are a dream. The receptionists are very respectful, and helpful. I recommend giving this office a chance and get to know how well oiled their operation really is.
After having a rather rough experience with my previous doctor and my miscarriage I came to Glendale OBGYN and I am so thrilled I did. There was no wait and Dr. Nikki came in the room willing to listen to my story in full. I am so happy to say she is taking the appropriate steps in the next direction.
