  Exalent gym programs and equipment suited for everyone no matter fitness level. Not your snowflake establishment this is a old school gym with music pumping and men and women lifting heavy weights. Everyone here is more then happy to help teach and motivate to get to your fitness level. Again great place talk to Ray when you come in.

  I've been working out with Chad for over 2 years. Every day is a new challenge. I've definitely learned to push myself and have definitely gotten stronger! I've seen him work with people of all ages and he's great at modifying the workouts per each individual's needs. Chad knows his stuff! Great trainer!

  Chad is an awesome trainer who not only cares about helping you become the best version of you fitness wise but also cares about you as a person. Although there are group sessions he still manages to make working out in them a very personal experience. Worth every penny!
