  My experience here was more positive and transformative than I could have imagined. DBT skills are some of the most useful things I’ve ever learned that is applicable in every area of my life and has genuinely improved my life in every sense. I also had the privilege of having DBT and mindfulness be taught to me by Alicia Lesniak who provides so much support and provided me with an encouraging environment that has allowed me to grow so much as a person. At every moment Alicia made my wellbeing her priority and I am so thankful that my time here was worthwhile :)

  I had the wonderful experience of being trained and supervised by Alicia when I was a part of her practice. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and experienced in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, but she goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone in her team is up to date with the latest research and best practices. There are very few places where I’ve been able to learn as much as I did here in such a short period of time. I truly believe DBT to be the golden standard for psychotherapy nowadays and I can wholeheartedly recommend Alicia as a supervisor, a mentor in DBT and as a therapist.
