  I have been doing karate since I was 8 and now at 16. I still can't wait to go to karate for my classes! I have made so many new friends there from many different school districts. The people and staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I can't wait to continue to make more memories at VMA!

  VMA West Islip is where it's at!
  My son has been taking classes here since he was 4.5 and is now 9! It is a close tight knit community of professionals and family! If you are looking for a place wherein your child can grow, thrive and become strong, this is the place to be!!

  Today was my first class in the adult MMA program. I love how the people where helpful to me when I didn’t know how to strike probably. Also I never gave up in the cardio kick boxing class when it got tough for me. I recommend this program for people who want to lose weight after a very long summer. Thank you so much for welcoming me to this program.

  The karate is really fun and the instructors are really nice. The instructors teach us alot of stuff.
