Nice job on the roof. Mike is very responsive and cooperative, he really wants the customer to be happy with his job.
He ran into a problem with my job which was unanticipated and caused him extra work and materials, but he kept a good attitude and took care of the problem.
I'm very impressed with his honesty and follow through. I have no problem recommending him.
