I called them for an issue I was having with a front load washer. They helped identify the problem and ordered the part. We originally had an install date set but my scheduled opened up and they were happy to fit me in at an earlier time. They arrived on time, finished the job and tested my washer to make sure it was good. I am very pleased with their service! Thank you, Robert in Milliken
