Mike told me to take a picture of my broken multi-function sprinkler head. I texted it to him and he told me, at no charge, how to fix it myself for $5. You don't get customer service like this anymore. Mike is the exception.

I would highly recommend Mike and his company. I am competent with plumbing repairs and have most of the tools needed to fix issues but I am not at all familiar with sprinkler systems. I originally reached out to Mike for an issue with a broken sprinkler head. After I described my problem and sent him a few photos, he spent 10+ mins on the phone explaining to me what I needed to buy and the best way to fix it. He even gave me some pointers on some common issues that I might have when trying to fix it and how to avoid them. Even though I was intent on having someone else fix it due to an overloaded schedule, the fix ended up being as simple as Mike had described and I had it fixed within 15 mins.

I sincerely appreciate Mike's willingness to get my problem fixed quickly and without running up a huge repair bill. I can honestly say I have never had an experience with a service company like this. Usually, they do not want to discuss the issue in too great of detail but would rather "get a technician to come out and assess it" right away. So, instead of a $300 repair bill, I was able to take care of it myself for less than $10 in parts. Thanks again for all your help, Mike!
