(May 29, 2019, 12:49 am)Best customer service I've received at any bank. I came in to take them up on a $600 new checking/savings account promotion, and the associate who handled my affairs was superb.
After a couple of weeks, I received my first $300 promotional bonus. The rest will be awarded after 90 days.
I couldn't be happier with the online app, as well. Sad that I'll probably close both accounts after satisfying my end of the bargain... but hey, there are other bank promos to take advantage of.

I think people have unrealistic expectations on what to expect from chains like these. You want great personalized service, open up an account at a private bank and be prepared to give them a lot of money.
