  We had our backsplash done and Jason came out to see what I exactly wanted he took very detailed notes and was very thorough but fun. Monica got everything scheduled and worked very well with our schedules and had to change because of us but she made it work. Mark came out and did the installation and is very good at what he does. He kept it very clean as he worked and made my vision come alive. The team is very amazing and I would definitely love them to do more work in my home in the future. Thank you all!! ????????????????????

  I went into O'Krent Floors after shopping the "big box" stores and not finding exactly what I wanted. Jason O'Krent helped me that day and throughout the whole process of new flooring for our entire home. It was a big job since we were living in the home and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had and I've replaced a LOT of flooring in my life.
  Everything with this job was done on time and if I had any questions or doubts, Jason was always available to walk me through it. We had one incident with the installation and when I called Jason and he saw what happened, the problem was taken care of the NEXT day! When they tell you about their 100 years in San Antonio and that installation has a lifetime warranty - they MEAN IT! I believe in this company and I will say that if I ever need flooring of any kind (which I don't think I will because these floors will out - live me) O'Krent will be my first and only stop.
  I recently had a water leak that soaked my carpet and pad. I was frantic! I called Jason and he was terrific. He was willing to help, even though this was in no way an O'Krent problem. Luckily I had saved enough remnants of carpet, but no pad. I really wanted to match the pad so Jason said to measure how much I needed and let him know. I got the measurements and he had a piece cut and waiting for me the NEXT DAY and bless his heart, he didn't even charge me for it! I'm sure none of the "big box" stores would do that. Besides having the best carpet at comperable prices, unbelievable warranties that they stand by and friendly employees, knowing that this FAMILY has been here for over 100 years gives me the confidence to recommend O'Krent to everyone. Check them out.... you won't be sorry!

  I've been on the hunt for flooring in our family room to match our other flooring. Jason O'Krent was very kind and super helpful. He pointed me in the direction I needed and I found what I was looking for! Wow what quality customer service. He treated me like a long lost relative and that was too cool! Thanks Jason! I will send the rest of the relatives in your direction when they need flooring :)

  O’Krent floors did a great job for us. We loved their new showroom and everyone we dealt with was very helpful. Their installer was fantastic, left our home spotless. Could not have been more satisfied.

  My husband and I replaced our builder's grade tile with engineered wood. We oginally chose a different company, but after comparing reviews, decided to switch gears and use O'Krent Flooring. This was the best choice we could have ever made! The entire process was seamless. Our Flooring Specialist, Kelly, was awesome. She was attentive to our needs and timeline and made recommendations to correlate with the two. She completed our measurements and itemized quote in a timely manner. The demo team was so professional. They moved our furniture with care and demoed our floors with the least amount of disruption as possible. The installation team was also great. They were very attentive to detail and it shows because our floors look great! I would definitely recommend O'Krent Flooring!! We will be utilizing their services for our other flooring projects in the near future!!
