  We purchased a two tap kegerator system at Beverage Factory in 2015. That interaction and sale experience was great and all has gone well with the products until a few weeks ago when one of the faucets gave way on its own, flooding our condo. Not fun. BUT! There was a five year warranty on the system and The Beverage Factory handled it with grace and swiftly. Kaylin facilitated getting a new faucet to us SUPER fast and provided a prepaid return label to return the old one to them for them to analyze what happened. They also sent us a part that we asked for for free. I really appreciate when a company stands behind their products and does not make you jump through hoops to utilize their warranty. Although we are now selling the kegerator system, this company was excellent from Day 1 to the end and we would not hesitate to go straight there if/when we decide to ever purchase more bar products in the future. Thanks to Kaylin and the team!

  Beverage Factory the place we go to get CO2 for our keg. They have slot of supplies for beer Brewers and they carry some pretty awesome wine and beer coolers. I really thought to myself yeah this place is cool but when I couldn't figure out why my kegerator was leaking the CO2 , and I filled the tank like 3 times, a thought came to mind...I think I have a problem Houston..so I talked to them about it and they assured me that many people complain about it and gave me some tips to troubleshoot it..I felt like..yeahhh I'm not the only one.. they pumped me up to try again. So now I'd like to say...that they are your hook up when it comes to beverages...
