  Matt was our sales consultant. He helped us with the process of buying our home and answers our questions quick when we had any. Super trustworthy guy and knows i his stuff . Everyone we have been in contact with have been been helpful with us.

  Overall a quality product but ....
  I found the team to be low key, professional, very helpful and honest about the various costs for the home..... my friend bought a home from here and the quality of the home is excellent..I was not disappointed with what I saw as well. Their construction rating is an 8 out of 10 with Grissim Manufactured Homes Rating Guide for the home I priced. That said, their General Contractor does not impress. He was obnoxious, huge ego kind of guy who belittled other contractors in the area. His pricing was somewhat inflated for set up compared to other quotes I received. Joe, the Sales Manager seems honest and I appreciated the time he spent with me always responding to my questions. But wow, this GC needs to eat some humble pie and work on his listening skills!

  The Titan Factory in Willis has really friendly and professional employees. They also provide land/home packages. Mr. Matthew and Mr. Mark work as a team, and they will guide you in the right direction. Also, they will share with you about hidden costs others may not such as the 13% closing cost in addition to the othes costs. You have to do your homework, but they will help you find land,as well as sit down with you and actually go over the complete process. We saw them, and they were very thorough in their explanations by giving examples, showing us up to date pictures, and the areas served. They actually had documentation to support what they were saying. Buying a home is a significant investment, and they understand you want to make wise decisions from the land to the lights inside your home. We have been to other mobile home companies, and we believe Titan Factory Direct is the better choice for our family and our budget. Please be mindful their mobile homes are made different, and the costs may be more on the expensive. However, they have mobile homes to work with just about any budget. With that being said, the customer has to be willing to decide between needs and wants when they make a final decision on a mobile home.
