  Fantastic school! I am so impressed with the teachers and staff. My son went from a mediocre student to the honor roll- for the first time he is engaged in class- interested in the subjects and loves to learn. Thank you Sappo for changing my sons life. You are worth every penny.

  I Instruct the Computer Science STEM program at Sappo School. STEM provides students with the ability to explore science, technology, engineering and math by solving real-world problems.
  It is project-based learning approach designed to engage students in an investigative journey through authentic problems. Sappo School provides both a safe and motivational learning environment that I am proud to be a part of.

  I've visited various private schools prior to having my son enrolled. It was difficult finalizing one since my son is gifted however, this was the best decision I could've made for my child. I am absolutely thrilled to have found Sappo Private School. I highly recommend this for any parent considering enrolling their children as well especially those that are gifted. In Long Island and New York in general, it isn't easy to differentiate the schools that are actually good and those that aren't and I can tell you first hand this is the one you want taking care of your child's education.

  I cannot say enough great things about Sappo School and what they did for my son . My son was always behind in school especially when it came to reading and spelling; we even put him in a high rated Montessori School. The only thing they did was tell us our son was lazy and needed to work harder, as you can imagine this was very frustrating since my son worked very hard with very little result.
  
  All I can say is enrolling him in Sappo School was the best thing we have ever done, within the first couple of months they already found the problem – he had a form of Dyslexia and since they caught it early ( He was in Second Grade) they were able to help him overcome his challenges . The result was he actually made the honour roll by the end of the school year, and he went for hating school to loving it and even though it is summer break he talks about how he is excited to go back this next year .
