Emirates Business Class Lounge - Terminal 4

Spacious well lit very busy. staff were very helpful to arrange wheel chairs as both my wife and I could not walk very far at all.

The lounge is very comfortable and looks good. She is clean for that. you can see the planes well from there and it will not get boring.

My 1st love. Words cannot express my love for Emirates. Still a Blue member, hoping for a bump to Silver. I'm sure there's some frequent flyer out there ready to bump me with 42,000 skymile points, anyone? Please? Love love love the sky team, always the best customer service and forever friendly.

Very good. Food great, but one thing you guys have to work on. The kitchen TOO MUCH NOISE. Tone it down please other from that everything is great.

Very clean, excellent refreshments and food. A great place to spend a few hours waiting for your flight.

For travelers arriving to the airport a while before their flight - be aware that the lounge is closed during mid-day. I arrived on a connection to JFK at 2PM, my Emirates flight was at 11:30PM and the lounge does not open until 4PM. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. I came from another airline and had checked-in to my Emirates flight but hadn't received a boarding pass (and the Emirates app would not show me the mobile boarding pass). When the lounge opened they were able confirm everything using my passport and print my boarding passes for my next two legs on Emirates.
