Craig Bennett: Congratulations to this courageous physician to NOT accept insurance. It is the only way we are going to break the stranglehold that insurance companies have on our healthcare system.

The previous bad review that I read is VERY misleading. Yes, you are charged approx. $150 per month for your healthcare but you can see her as many times as you need to within the month for that fee.

In regards to outside services such as radiology, she negotiated a $275 fee for a CT scan on my heart. That would have cost ME $1500 WITH INSURANCE.

Please start thinking outside the box about your healthcare. Give Delicia and her staff a chance. I have been more than happy with them.

Dr. Haynes is awesome. I would highly recommend her. She is a fantastic doctor who is kind, caring, and takes time with her patients. Her staff is also top notch!

The doctor is responsive and thorough. I applaud her bravery for being a pioneer and opting out of insurance. You actually get time with the doctor and she can focus on you instead of the insurance company's paperwork. Also, a very friendly staff and the availability to actually reach your doctor outside of office hours if you need her are great features.

I have been a patient of Dr. Haynes for 8 years, both when she took insurance and after. The concierge model works extremely well. Personal time with Dr. Haynes excellent, she thoroughly addresses the issue and makes you feel comfortable with what is going on. Highly recommended.
