I was the first patient of the day and the receptionist was amazing. She prefaced that she was waiting for the nurses to arrive and I only waited a very short time. I was put in a room right away and the nurse I had was very informative and a bonus, found a vein for my IV right away. I have a hard time with my veins. The foot surgeon, Dr. Brower, and the rest of the team walked me through everything. I was nervous but felt better because they were so incredible. I was asleep quickly and woke up not feeling one ounce of grogginess. I was able to get into the car myself on one foot from the wheelchair. I had a wonderful experience and will be receiving a check-up call tomorrow.
I must have been there on a good day based on some of these reviews but I went in last Friday for spinal surgery and everyone from the registration nurse to the nice young man who wheeled me out the door afterwards was just as nice as can be. Every nurse who helped prep me for surgery were so kind and attentive, I honestly felt like I was the only patient there that day. Dr. Teff from Phoenix Spine did my surgery and he was amazing and so was his surgical staff. They all made me feel comfortable and I had zero stress going to surgery.
Nothing but outstanding care!!!
From admitting to being discharged, they all had stellar performance!! If I have to have out patient surgery again, this is where I would go.
I had toe surgery at the Banner Surgical Center on Dobson Road in Mesa, Arizona. I had a very pleasant experience at this surgical center. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They helped turn a nervous and anxious experience into a pleasant one. I would be very happy to recommend Banner Surgical Center to my family and friends.
