  The staff was courteous, welcoming, and friendly. The instructor was amazing and so was the class. Awesome 1st session ever.

  The place is very welcoming, the staff is very professional, classes are fun and challenging, there are choices for every level, I love it

  I love taking classes here. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have everything from beginners yoga to challenging fitness classes. The studio is beautiful and super clean. My daughters love the kids yoga classes and childcare. The childcare staff really engage with and nurture the kids. I have always felt comfortable leaving my kids in childcare because not only am I confident that they are well cared for but I also know they truly enjoy their time there. We love it here and we know you will too. ❤️

  This place and the staff are amazing, it's like a second home to me. Ana Gabriela, Ana Hutz, Marlene, Corrine and my favourite Cary. They're awesome at what they're doing, very patient. Flexible timings and classes for all levels. Facilities are convenient. The location is perfect.
  I highly recommend this place since I'm there everyday for 2 to 4 classes/day.

  This is by far the best workout studio I have ever belonged to. It is very clean, has trendy decor, the staff is friendly and genuinely want to help you reach your fitness goals. Namaste Fitness really feels like a community. People seem to know each other and catch up with one another before and after classes. The people who run it know every member. They greet and say goodbye to everyone, in a genuine way. I would highly recommend meeting your fitness goals at Namaste Fitness.
