  I’ve been a member of Team LP Fitness Playground for almost 8 years. Before I joined, I was strictly a runner. I was first introduced to the Playground when I “won” a 3 month trial from a silent auction at a Montgomery High School event. I was absolutely hooked after my first class! After 7+ years, I have never once been bored with the group classes. I am constantly challenged and always encouraged by our fantastic coaches. LP’s love for what he does shows in his selection of coaches and in his words of encouragement and support to his members. And, that’s the other great thing about the Playground...it’s members. Such a community of really wonderful, kind, encouraging people! Definitely not your typical gym! Five stars all the way!

  Amazing community of people coming together for the best boot camp classes I have ever been to. LP is an incredible coach who really cares about each individual. The best gym I have belonged to !!

  For the last thirteen years, I put my health on the backburner as my husband and I focused on caring for our three children born within five years of each other. As a former athlete, I was always frustrated with the state of my health and constantly noticed that my body was not working for me. I had just about decided on throwing in the towel, thinking I was too far out of shape to do anything. I figured I was in my forties and this was just what I’d become even though I was thoroughly unhappy in my own skin. My husband had joined Team LP Fitness about 6 months earlier and had encouraged me to try it out, but my first response was always a hard no. Finally, during a family vacation, I accepted his invitation when I realized I was missing out on time with my kids because I couldn’t keep up. That summer I joined on a trial membership and was very hesitant in the first few classes, but the vibe at Team LP Fitness was so positive, I knew I had to stick with it. With each class, my confidence increased and the sense of community kept me coming back. The coaching staff was incredible and took time to help me whenever I needed it, they made me feel like I belonged. There is no other gym like Team LP Fitness Playground. The classes are constantly changing, no two workouts are the same, the training is top-notch, and one of my personal favorites, the gym is crazy clean! I’ve now been a proud member for the last year and a half, I train four days a week on average, I just hit my 215th team training class, I’ve lost 50 lbs and I haven’t felt this good in a long time! Now instead of dreading exercising, I absolutely look forward to it because there is nothing else like the feeling of killing a hard workout and doing it with an awesome community of people. Even if you think you can’t do it, give Team LP Fitness a chance to change your mind, you won’t regret it!

  LP and his team of coaches are outstanding. I just signed on for another year, my third as part of The Fitness Playground community, and I couldn’t be more excited.
  I’m an over scheduled carpool mom & small business owner, so carving time out to care for myself can be tough. I utilize the early morning classes at The Fitness Playground as my me-time, to exercise my body, clear my mind, and start my day in a balanced & positive space. LP has a style of positive motivation that is truly moving. He challenges his members to not only eat clean & move our bodies four or more times a week, but also to believe in ourselves, speak kindly to ourselves, push ourselves beyond where our brain wants us to stop, and be a part of our community.
  The space & equipment are spotless, the entire staff is positive and empowering, and every class on the schedule is a butt kicking workout. I can’t recommend this community highly enough. If you’ve read this far you’re probably considering joining - just go do it ????

  i have been a member at Team LP Fitness for a little over a year now and i must say that i am in the best shape of my life. i have had memberships to several other gyms in this county and this is the only one that has kept me motivated to come back 5-6 days a week. i love it! i love the team members, the equipment and the cleanliness of the place. you will not find motivation from staff like this anywhere else. i can't imagine what it would be like to go anywhere else now! sorry LP, you're stuck with me! ;-) - Amanda
