This company is outstanding. John walked me through everything and diagnosed the problem quickly resulting in half of my house coming back on and it was only a breaker that didn’t look tripped. Thanks John.
John is a gem! We called on memorial day weekend when a socket shorted out and we lost power to the whole kitchen. He didn't have anyone to send out but as he helped us diagnose the problem he realized we could handle the issue ourselves. He continued to stay on the phone with us for an HOUR while he was at the beach with his family, walking us through a circuit breaker replacement one step at a time. Repair worked and he didn't charge us for his time. Next time we have an issue we will definitely call him again - great guy and knows his stuff well enough to diagnose and fix a problem sight unseen!!
John installed all of the lights in my house. The job included a total of about 23 recessed can lights, 2 ceiling fans, 2 two track lights, and 2 motion security lights. I will be using him again for my backyard "Narnia" lights.
What I appreciate the most is his honesty and fairness. His work is great but it's rare to find someone that you actually trust. Thumbs Up!
