  I love working out with Dan(and Tim) He always tells me what we are doing and why. He corrects my form so I learn the exercises properly. Anytime I have a problem from sports he helps me strengthen areas so I have no more discomfort.

  I can't say enough about Midwest Strength. I was refereed to Dan due to my herniated disk, Dan had me start with Ned who had just been hired and i can't begin to tell you how my quality of life has change. After one year i am pain free and moving better than i ever have. Midwest strength gets my 5 star rating and my most sincere Thanks. I Have even started my 13 year old son, who has changed right in front of my eyes.
