Very courteous and friendly appointments were on time and very little to no waiting. In the past they have even helped with an emergency on a Saturday.

I have had nothing but amazing customer service and medical treatment from every single person at Monticello Eyes! Absolutely over and above every expectation. I would recommend them 100%.
I was very impressed with the entire process of getting my annual eye exam. I was addressed very quickly and professionally by the front office staff, who instructed me on how to complete my personal information paperwork. Directly after completing the paperwork, I was asked to join another staff member who completed the initial testing and prerequisite questions for the Doctor. This staff member was friendly as well as professional and through with her part of process. I had several questions about my Medicare coverage and out of pocket costs, and she was well versed in the knowledge of those issues. I then was seen by the Doctor. I enjoyed the experience of the Doctor, she was very helpful and intuitive of my needs. She was very easy to talk to as well as humble when I inquired about costs due to my personal situation. She also, was very knowledgeable in her area of practice, explaining to me about a few issues I needed to keep and "EYE" on, but made it very clear that these were not issues of great risk, but should they develop, I would be aware of the symptoms and they could be addressed quicker.
