TS brought the equipment to the hospital, set it up and instructed me on its use. They then came to my house to retrieve the unit after I was done. Excellent and worry free service.
I loved the CPM following surgery! It was very helpful. The service person was very informative and made sure I was comfortable using this machine.
A young man who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful. The CPM worked very well.
I like the doctor and his staff. After surgery I was sent to Therapeutic Solutions, and at each visit there was co-pay. A year later I had a call about a past due bill regarding something called a DDT. What??? A year later??? I told the lady this was the first time I had heard anything about a past due bill. I paid it. Didn't wast to deal with collections. But if there is another "next time" we will get legal advice.
