(July 9, 2018, 11:34 pm)Some of the equipment is dated, but it has near everything you could want. The treadmills could use a tightening, but Bill and his staff are very down to earth and willing to work through personal needs with you.

Bill is very knowledgeable about fitness and is a super friendly guy. .All of the member i met are really nice too!!!. i love his music selection and relaxing in the lounge when i'm finished my workout!!! . It's located in downtown Ambler with plenty of free parking. I would really recommend this gym
