  I couldn't recommend this place less. It is filled to the brim with cockroaches. Sometimes it was so bad I'd have one crawl on my leg when I walked in the kitchen at night. There are tons of mice. The property manager, Adrianna, is nice when you tour, but once you move in she'll openly let you know she doesn't care. If you try to contact her, she most likely won't answer. If she does, she'll get defensive and blame you. I've had the maintenance guy come to my apartment drunk late at night looking to hang out (I'm a younger single woman and never gave him the impression I would ever want that). There was an attempted stabbing RIGHT outside my door. The list goes on. Save yourself the nightmare.

  Great starter apartment everything is included which is awesome; however, location is not ideal

  I been living in Wallingford Estates for more than 5 years, am so happy with the place and the service because rental office and the management are great when it comes to keep the complex renovated, restore and maintained

  Went in to check out the apartments. Adrianna at the front desk was awesome! Such a sweet young woman. Met the manager too, she seemed nice. The apartment we were shown was pretty basic, but for the price and utilities included it's a good deal. Not many amenities, but for my budget it is what I can afford. It's in a decent area with shopping and food nearby. I can work with this. I will put in my application.
