  Stayed here in October for a training event. I really enjoyed my stay and the hotel is a great place to stay. Cant go wrong.

  Excellent in everything. I was in Scottsdale for a business trip and I had the best experience possible at Hilton Garden Inn. The place is comfortable, has a fitness center, a swimming pool and a guest laundry, which are all pretty handy when you need to spend some time there.
  
  Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, especially the service. For the entire 2-weeks time I was served by Marisa - a competent, dynamic and pleasant Brazilian waitress. She made sure that everything was perfect for the start of my day.
  That is pretty much the attitude of the whole staff at the breakfast service and in the hotel - they are competent and willing to help.
  
  Very positive experience, I would absolutely recommend!

  I’ve stayed here a few times over the past few months. Anytime I had any issues, some of which were not any fault of the hotels, they were quickly addressed by the staff and they followed up to ensure I was happy with the results. Everyone I have come in contact with at this hotel has been very pleasant and accommodating I couldn’t ask for better service.

  You can tell they put effort into the little things to make your stay comfortable. They have nice thick towels and they aren’t sticklers, we had 4 large towels waiting for us in our room. We opted for the double jacuzzi tub in our room and it was AWESOME! You get your on k-cup coffee maker with all the fixings need for a good cup of coffee in your room. The sheets and comforter were clean and crisp. And the room was cool when we entered, perfect when your escaping the AZ summer heat. My only negative was the mattress and pillows. I was expecting since it’s a Hilton a more supportive mattress but it was low grade Spring mattress and pillows flattened provided no neck support. Hope they will read this and update the mattresses and pillows to make stay more luxurious. My poor husbands back is screaming for our mattress at home.
