  My review is only of the Pharmacy at JBSA Randolph Clinic.
  Active or inactive military patients  who are treated at medical military facilities in San Antonio can  designate other clinics where they want   to do  lab work or pickup prescriptions.   Living on the Northeast side of San Antonio,  JBSA Randolph Clinic is the most convenient location for us.    Use it  for lab tests &; prescriptions. Refills are handled by the Randolph Satellite Pharmacy.   After Doctor's appointment at Lackland last Friday,  he wrote out new prescriptons.  Because of the New Year's holidays,  the clinic was closed on Monday & Tuesday.    So, picked them up   today.   Simple process.   Took  one of  three numbers (Activate Prescription) from machine,  waited for my  number to be called,  received by receptionist at Window One  who searched for & inputted prescriptions to be filled.  Watched the marquee board  for my name to be posted then reported to Window Four for verfication and receipt of drugs.  Both persons who  served me were friendly and efficient.   Rainy  weather  probably kept many people/patients  at home today.  It took only 15-20 minutes from arrival at Pharmacy to departure.
