Dr. Tina corrected my slumping posture which came about from my years of working at computers, so now my head doesn't extend in front of my body like a giraffe's!
I've been to a number of chiropractors, but it's the technique that she uses (ABC), which has helped me the most, and has given me the best results.

I cannot sing high enough praises on this chiropractor and her practice! After spending $$$ at Aiirosti to treat my plantar fasciitis with no lasting benefits, Dr Grau worked on my spine and was able to remove the pain in my heel in a matter of months. Seriously. No more pain there! Her method of chiropractic treatment actually works!
The staff is very friendly and inviting. I love going in for my tune-ups. I know that I am being positively affected by the treatment each time. I feel so good about it that I take my 10 year-old in as well.
I've been coming in consistently for treatment and have had nothing but a positive experience. Staff is always welcoming and Dr.Grau is clearly knowledgeable on her practice. This is the place to go to stop your back pain
