I am IN LOVE with Skinny Life and Dr. Mac's office. I went in to visit with them 1 month before my vacation unhappy with my "not so beach ready" body. I explained all of my goals, my current habits, and she worked with me on an aggressive 30 day plan. I felt accountability with them due to them checking in with me regularly to see how my diet was going, if i needed anything, etc.! We also shared celebration weekly. They are wonderful about sharing in the happiness of your success.
I am 9 pounds down in a little under 30 days. Clothes fit much better, I feel much better and I am more motivated than ever before.
I highly reccomend visiting thier office, and joining in on the FUN of getting your body in shape!!!
I recommend Skinny Life to anyone who needs to lose weight and get in-shape. Armed with a personalized plan, I have lost 50 pounds (and counting). I couldn't have done it without the support of Dr Mac and his staff and especially my "weight-loss concierge", Christina. She and the rest of the staff are available to help with any questions and the weekly monitoring helps to keep me on track. I have no doubt that with their help I will achieve my weight-loss goal!
