  Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Jessika with tea, tranquill music, and an amazing spa bed to relax on! After warm up excersizes geared towards aknowledging the past thoughts, feelings, and patterns. Then provoking present feelings and what intentions for the prevail of the experience.
  First finding the yoga breath and opening and awakening all chakras with guided meditation paving the way for the perspective to help cope and heal. Slowly building energy and momentum that I could literally feel noticeably at times towards the end especially warm heat directly on each spot focused on. Next explaining what and how the sacral chakra directly affects my body and life. While she was pouring water from a pitcher(shaped like hips) into a bowl she voiced to envision cleansing the womb. After some time of coming to terms with how life will be WITHOUT holding all the sour seeds was on to the concluding step. A bowl of water, a rose, and each petal plucked a new intention, affirmation, descriptive word, or nicknames for your yOni. As you slowly take in the new identity of each petal letting all the energy flow though you let down the barriers to just let love guide you. Love for yourself, love for experiences and empowering divine union as a whole. As everything comes to an end I feel grounded and confident. I would definitely come back. Jessika was comforting she was gentle in touch and demeanor. Jessika was professional from beginning to end making sure my comfort was first. And she was thorough, she made sure any there were no queries and I left empowered and definitely welcomed back. I would not only suggest but highly advise you stop in for your Sacral cleansing today!

  Jessika is really good at what she does. I got a facial just before my wedding and got compliments on how great my skin looked (it was really strange to get that compliment since I'm a guy... but you can't deny the results). My wife goes to her regularly and loves her as well.
