I was super sore from working out 3 days in a row and thought i would give it a shot. 3 minutes later I the tightness and soreness was gone. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had music inside which was a nice touch. They played ACDC's Thunderstruck for me which helped strive through the extreme cold. Definitely recommendable!
