Can not be more impressed with a contractor, from the people in the store to the installers. The installers (Rob & Chris ) did a fantastic job explaining every aspect of the installation. We would highly recommend The Floor Shoppe to anyone. Plus they were very fairly priced compared to others we checked in to.

The floor shoppe gave us a fair price. They came to measure when the said they would and explained the process. The tile was available when they indicated it should be. They called and set up the installation. Donald was our installer. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job and left the place clean. A representative came in after to check it and make sure we were satisfied. We would highly recommend them
Floors look great. Not the tile we originally chose as manufacturer changed where it was made so the color palette changed. Not as gray as I wanted.
Last day, assistant tiler was a no-show so they caused a few problems.
The team that demolished the floors turned our thermostat down from 78 to 71. Since we had to be out of the house for 10 days, the thermostat was on 71 the whole time. We are waiting to see our bill. They were not authorized to change the thermostat.
Installers made sure I was comfortable while they worked. Cleaned up every day, very neat and polite. Floors look fabulous. Salesman Angel very helpful. The whole house was completed on schedule. Can’t praise the staff enough
