  My husband is a long haul trucker. It's hard to find Dr's who will see him on short notice when he's in town. I can schedule appts for when his "home" time is suppose to be but inadvertently there is always a load, so home time isn't necessarily when we schedule it. Dr Conrad & his staff understand that & got us in when Dave came home. When we realized he needed a crown, fillings and a cleaning, I could only think "great....he'll be driving around til January with a temp crown & sensitive teeth." I was so wrong!! Dr Conrad saw us at 3 pm on Tuesday & at 7 am Wed Dave was back in his chair getting a cleaning, fillings & a crown ALL IN THE SAME DAY!!! i really can't say enough about how well we were treated, how nice everyone was, both times I called & both times in the office! Thank God we found him, close to us, on our insurance & willing to accommodate Dave's schedule. Dr Conrad & his staff know the meaning of customer service, professionalism & putting their patients at ease. Thank you Dr Conrad & Staff, 2 more people are now walking around with beautiful smiles!!

  From the moment I walk in the door, I feel comfortable. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming!! My appointments run ON TIME!! Truly a VERY pleasant experience -- It is so nice NOT to dread visiting the dentist!

  Being Dr. Conrad's patient is like being one of his close friends or family members. From the moment you walk into his office, you are made to feel welcome and valued. In fact, Dr. Conrad introduced himself to me while I was still in the waiting room, thanking me for coming to his office; this type of patient attention is unheard of for a doctor's office! Once we started consultation and treatment, he and his staff were thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. Dr. Conrad explained the importance of dental care and how it can impact overall health, which was valuable to know. Before I left, Dr. Conrad made sure my questions were answered. While visiting the dentist is a traditionally unpleasant or overwhelming experience, Dr. Conrad makes it great. I highly recommend him to anyone and will absolutely continue my dental care with him!

  Dr. Conrad and his staff are wonderful. From the personal appointment reminder the few days ahead of time to the moment you walk into the cozy great smelling office. its got a very homey feeling that makes you feel very welcome from the first moment you enter. after that the eagerness to assure you feel comfortable is always a priority. then everyone on the staff is there to provide you with professional guidance and assistance. they all are very thorough and really help you care about your teeth at that moment and for the life of your teeth which is expressed by there one on one diligence and process. i always bring up Dr. Conrad when someone talks about dentist experiences and teeth issue's. I look forward to seeing them very soon and not to many people can say that about going to the dentist. Thanks you very much for the great care.

  I started going to Dr. Conrad's office for my dental needs almost 1 1/2 years ago. Dr. Conrad is an excellent dentist and I always have a pleasant experience. Everyone is very friendly and not PUSHY. That is why I continue to go to them.
