The hardest thing for me to do is make time to prepare meals. I am a trainer. I have maintained a crazy work schedule on top of training clients and making time for my sweetheart. The rule before I leave the house is have breakfast. Sometimes I look at the clock and say "there is NO way I have time".
I get bummed. I loose motivation. I have setbacks. I let things get to me and get me down. We all do. The truth is you can pick up your bootstraps at any time. You don't have to wait for tomorrow, or your next birthday or New Years. Even if you just had Cold Stone you can decide to get back on the wagon.
