Extremely reasonable rate but Jared the owner is SUPER Customer oriented. He evaluates what you need and then does it. I've hired him 2x now both times at the holidays when I can be with my mom to help her. Jared has worked me in when I needed it including yesterday on New Year's Eve and he is always prompt, efficient, extremely nice and professional with a great 'customer' orientation. He gets great reviews on yelp...so I'm surprised he does not have a lot of reviews on Google but I'm happy to tell others about him. I just wish he did more than just 'pest management'. 5 stars about everything. Oh and for those who love technology...his appts are managed by a great program that lets you know you are scheduled, when he is done and then sends you a copy of the invoice. I think the company should be called 5 star all pest mngt or maybe all pest 5 star management! Regardless, don't hesitate to try him. Oh and if you have an older parent you need to help Jared is the man for the job. Older people LOVE HIM. He is patient, speaks clearly and loudly for those with hearing impairments and helps the client know exactly what he needs to do. They feel they can trust him and that's a huge relief if you need someone to provide services for someone more vulnerable.
