  I waited before writing a review because I wanted to make sure that everything held up. The whole crew at Modern Renovations were great. I bothered them quite a bit too with my questions, but they were always helpful. My roof has been on for over 3 months and is beautiful and now leak free. I recommend them

  We just had our roof put on a few months ago by Modern Renovations. The crew members were great and very polite. Anytime I had a question, all I had to do was call the office and no matter who answered, they were helpful. Thank you all for great service and my new roof!!

  Had to kick roofers off the job so I made a quick call to Larry at modern renovations and he was able to make magic happen for me the next day. The professionalism and quality is top notch and you will not be let down with this company. If your worried about your roof give Larry a call and worry no more.
