This company (female-owned, btw) is the gold standard of carpet cleaners. Arrives promptly, works hard, believes in do-overs if dirt/stains are stubborn.
They got us in last minute and did a fantastic job like always. We’ve been using Castaway for years and are always happy with there service. They got all the stains from the dogs out and that’s not easy with 2 big bloodhounds.
Ive used Castaway Carpet cleaners for nearly 20 years, for my own home and in business and every time they clean my carpets they go over and beyond the call of duty and everything turns out beautifully..They are courtesy, on time and are the BEST in the area,! I haven't ever used any one else and I never will, they have a client for life!
