Dr. Papandrea was Great! My son suffered a fracture in the growth plate of his right elbow. As an athlete, this was problematic for my son as he is a Catcher in Baseball and a Quarterback in Football, and his right arm is his throwing arm. For months we were giving it time to heal, but it never did. We saw Dr. Papandrea on a Wednesday and that Friday, he performed surgery on my son's elbow. 6 weeks later, he was back on the football field throwing passes to his teammates. We can't thank Dr. Papandrea enough for the great care we received from him and his staff!

I was referred to Dr Papandrea by a mutual friend as a tore my right shoulder and ended up being a full thickness tear. He saw the MRI and got me in right away and scheduled surgery very quickly. I was amazed how fast things went, but I was in a lot of pain and he knew it. He completely fixed my right shoulder. He also fixed my left shoulder 4 months later it was less invasive. He and Ryan Hamm work so well together along with his nurse everything went so smoothly I was very impressed. Even down to the machines being dropped off for PT they took care of everything. I can say I am 6 weeks post op on my left shoulder and 6 months post op on my right of which was a touch recovery but they were so supportive with any message I left I received immediate replies. Doctors appointments always on time. Both surgeries were the exact time to start no delay. I highly recommend anyone who needs a orthopedic surgeon that your first call should be Dr Papandrea. I ran a marathon 4 weeks post op on 9/28 I had surgery on the left 8/27 0 pain. Also I highly recommend physical

Rick has done a rotator cuff repair on my left shoulder about 7 years ago. Thanks to that repair I have full strength and range of motion. When my right shoulder needed attention I naturally went back. Dr Papandrea warned me that after reviewing the MRI he might not be able to fix this shoulder it was so badly torn. However he was able to fix it with his magic hands and my adherence to the rehab schedule. I now have full range of motion and almost full strength which I expect will increase as I continue to exercise it. I am 80 yrs old and an avid Karate practitioner. I am back now doing what my life's passion is. Karate, both empty hand and ancient weapons

Dr Papandrea is an amazing surgeon. His knowledge, skills and caring attitude cannot be topped. I tore my bicep, did a walk in and was in surgery the next day. Now, 3 months latter, I am almost fully healed with full range of motion. He is a miracle worker, 1st my wife's reverse shoulder surgery and now my bicep.
