  After being denied our claim for Irma's damage the first time (with another adjuster) we contacted Prime Claims to see our options.   Very good experience with Prime Claims after Hurricane Michael devastated our Panama City, Fl. area on October 10, 2018. They were on top of everything, patient with all of our nervousness, anxiety and questions, always available on the telephone. And most importantly, got us a LOT more money than our insurance company was initially going to pay out. We would highly recommend them and if we ever have another claim, they will be the first ones we think about!!!

  Outstanding job! Insurance company tried to settle for a third of the cost of a roof..! Within weeks I had a settlement for more than 7 times the original offer/ amount which was enough to cover all my damages to my home.. !! Highly recommend!!!
