    Rebecca is amazing, she os kind and puts that extra love and care in everything she does. Thank you! My experience has been wonderful except for the lady that works the weekend. I missed my early flight and returned around 8am. My next flight wasn't until 1PM so I had time. Being frustrated already she didn't give me any type of customer service except for an attitude. On top of that, the key didn't work and had to come down 2 times until I had to ask for her to let me in. She said the keys haven't been working lately. đŸ˜• if she KNEW that, walk me to my room and provide service not inconvenience. I really wish I remembered her name. She should NEVER work in the Hospitality industry.

    Service was exceptional. The room was super clean. They have an indoor pool. Always a plus.

    Good clean hotel. Four stars because of the freeway noise and no microwave or black out drapes in room. Front desk staff was awesome and attentive. Pool was nice.

    It's our last night here and I'll miss the comfy bed. David was super friendly and helpful, from the moment we walked in and each day after he took interest in how we were doing. Only negative comment is the pool water was a bit chilly.
